Dr. Diana is the founder of DSG Business Consulting Services, a company dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their personal and business growth goals through speaking, group training and one-on-one coaching. Dr. Diana is an executive coach, leadership trainer, and an international speaker who has enthralled crowds as large as 10,000 individuals. With expertise in global training and development, Dr. Diana trains small groups inside of companies as well. Dr. Diana has dedicated her life to enhancing others by speaking and teaching on leadership and personal and professional development.

Dr. Diana found her leadership beginnings as a music educator, instructional leader, and a minister of music beginning in 1997. After her advancements within the local K-12 educational institutions, Dr. Diana founded a music academy - Montgomery Arts Academy of Montgomery, Alabama. As the K-12 music programs declined in the local public schools, she saw a need to provide a fun and safe space of music learning for all ages. Dr. Diana created a unique music curriculum with a comprehensive musicianship approach. Each music learner experience customized music lessons on a weekly basis. The teachers, known as creatives, are innovative in the conducting these lessons and are free to perform at their highest potential. Dr. Diana serves as a mentor to all creatives and partners with families to help strengthen the culture of music in many homes and in the local community. Dr. Diana has led her company, Montgomery Arts Academy, Incorporated, to be a partnering entity with the City of Montgomery, the Montgomery Music Teachers Forum, and the Alabama Music Teachers Association. Dr. Diana has been a researcher of music education and instructional leadership since 1998. She has made numerous presentations and conducted workshops and seminars on business leadership within privately owned music academies to music academy owners in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia, and Germany.

After experiencing tremendous growth and recognizing her own desire and ability to encourage, inspire, and communicate life-altering success principles to other instructional leaders, classroom educators, and privately owned music academy owners, Dr. Diana launched DSG Business Consulting Services in 2016. She is also known as "The PassionPreneur Influencer", a person who uses her power to align her passions with her purpose to make profits.

With her latest research contributions and publications to the studies of leadership, global training and development, Dr. Diana combines scholarly groundwork with the numerous works of the leadership guru, John Maxwell. Since 2019, Dr. Diana has been an Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team and has successfully proven her abilities to assess a situation, recognize the problem, and lay a solid, workable plan of action that empowers the business or individual involved.
